Robin Davenport, MSC Director
Robin started her career with MSC as a direct support aide during the summer months in the late 1990s. She worked fulltime as a case manager while pursuing her bachelor's degree. She completed both of her college internships at MSC and earned a BS in Human Services from Kennesaw State University. Robin served as the the DDP (Developmental Disabilities Professional)/Program Director from 2010-2019. She returned to MSC in April 2021 as the MSC Director. Faith Fuller, MSC DDP/Program Director
Faith started her career at MSC as a case manager in 2018. She was promoted to DDP/Program Director in August, 2019. Faith has a BA in English Education from Lee University. Faith can be reached at faithfuller@mineralspringscenter.onmicrosoft.com or 706-632-2094.
Holly Waters, MSC Business Manager
Holly started her career as Business Manager at MSC in October 2019 following a 33-year career with HBO. Holly brings a very unique perspective to MSC as a parent of an adult child with Down Syndrome. Holly can be reached at hollywaters@mineralspringscenter.onmicrosoft.com or 706-632-2094.
Tara Ledford, Community Access Group Supervisor
Tara started her career at MSC in May 2016 as a Direct Support Professional providing Community Access Services. She was promoted to Community Access Group Supervisor in February 2024 due to her excellence in organization and in connecting with individuals. MSC Board of Directors
The MSC Board of Directors governs the operations of Mineral Springs Center, INC. They generally meet at MSC every 3rd Tuesday of even numbered months at 12:00 pm. All meetings are open to the public.
Ann Land, Chairman
Ann has served for over 20 years on the MSC Board of Directors. Ann is retired from Suntrust Bank. She can be reached at major2@tds.net.
Donna Riddoch, Vice President. Donna is a retired Special Education Teacher. She has served on the MSC Board for over 5 years.
Joan Hilliard, Secretary/Treasurer
Joan has served for over 25 years on the MSC Board of Directors. Joan is currently employed by the Sisson Company.
Patty Morris, Member at Large
Patty has served for over 5 years on the MSC Board of Directors. Patty is the parent of an adult son with a developmental disability.
Donna Stuart, Member at Large
Donna has served on the MSC Board of Directors for 3 years. Donna is retired from Coca-Cola and the Heritage School. She is the parent of an adult son with a developmental disability.
Dan Bailey, Member at Large
Dan was elected to the MSC Board of Directors in August 2024. Dan is retired after serving many years in non-profit management. He is the parent of an adult child with a developmental disability.
Paula Harris, Member at Large
Paula was elected to the MSC Board of Directors in August 2024. Paula is the parent of 2 adult sons who have developmental disabilities.
MSA Board of Directors
The MSA Board of Directors owns the facility and property where MSC is located. They oversee the upkeep of the facility and grounds. This board also supports MSC through Christmas gifts for individuals, the MSC staff Christmas Party, and the annual MSC Christmas Breakfast. The MSA Board meets on a quarterly schedule of every 3rd Tuesday at 4:00 pm at MSC. These meetings are open to the public.
Teresa Ross, President
Teresa is retired from DFCS and is currently the director at the Fannin Literacy Action Group (FLAG). Teresa can be reached at tross75@yahoo.com.
Jan Howard, Vice President
Jan is retired from DFCS and worked for the late GA Speaker/Representative David Ralston. Jan is also the sister of Steve Roberson who has attended MSC for approximately 49 years. Jan can be reached at jrhoward99@yahoo.com.
Martha Newman, Treasurer

Gayle Harper, Secretary
Gayle retired from MSC in 2014 after serving for over 30 years as the MSC Director. She continues to serve MSC as an advocate on the MSA Board of Directors. Gayle can be reached at gharper@tds.net.
